AMBER ATTAR  (The Gray Amber)

Amber attar has in it a rich and sweet fragrance that is well appreciated for its soothing as well as stimulating aroma. It is produced from the fossilized sap of a giant prehistoric conifer called Pinus succinefera. Essential oil is obtained by distillation of crude fossil resin and has a rich sweet fragrance that is also soothing & stimulating at the same time. The oil is also known to have aphrodisiac properties. It can be processed into a powerful but pleasant-smelling oil. No one knew where this unusual substance came from in ancient times, and it remained a mystery for years. Ambergris (grey amber) was later discovered to be a product of the sperm whale.
