Refund policy
We are dedicated to providing you with the finest shopping experience at Maruti Natural Fragrances. We do not, however, accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once they have been sold or delivered because they cannot be repaired or used again.
But, only if your exchange request meets these requirements can you return or exchange the merchandise. If the item you purchased was leaking during shipping or was somehow damaged, if so, send us an email at care@marutinaturalfragrances.com with the necessary information within 48 hours of the delivery date to request an exchange for the product.

- Photos or videos to back up the complaint with apparent batch information
If your complaint corresponds with our exchange policy, our exchange staff will analyze it and, upon approval, we will set up a reverse pickup. We will send out an exchange for your purchase whenever it gets to us.
Compare terms
Products can only be exchanged if they are returned in their original packaging condition with all tags and receipts attached, and under the following conditions:
- Requests for returns and exchanges will be subject to review and approval.
- This Insurance does not provide coverage for losses brought on by carelessness, inappropriate use, or incorrect application.
- After your request for a return or refund has been approved, the procedure will be finished in 7 to 21 business days.
- After the goods are sold, no refunds will be given.
Return Policy
You are only entitled to a complete refund of your money under the following circumstances:
- The goods you received were flawed.
- The product is not in stock.
- After receiving the merchandise, you have 24 hours to request a refund.
Duration
If we receive the items, the refund process will begin within 48 hours. The method of payment used for the order would determine how the refund was received.
